Collaboration is key to creating great content. We're excited to introduce Team Management for Quotion, allowing you to seamlessly manage your team's access to your site.
Member Roles
Quotion offers three distinct roles to ensure the right level of access for each team member:
- Manager: Owns the site and has full control, including the ability to transfer ownership.
- Editor: Can edit site design, connect domains, set passwords, configure webhooks, etc.
- Viewer: Can view posts, analytics data, and the list of team members.
Inviting Team Members
Getting your team onboard is simple:
- Navigate to Site -> Team in your Quotion Dashboard.
- Click the Invite button.
- Enter the invitee's email address and select their role.
- Click Invite.
Your team member will receive an email invitation to join the site.
Transferring Ownership
Site Managers can transfer ownership to another active member:
- Go to Site -> Team in your Dashboard.
- Click the Transfer button.
- Select the member you wish to transfer ownership to.
- Optionally, choose to remove yourself from the site after the transfer.
