iPad18 & iOS18 introduced many powerful new features for Apple Notes.
Math Notes
There is a new Math Notes folder in the Notes app, which you can type or write out mathematical expressions and see the results immediately. How cool is that?!
You can also insert a math graphing by tapping on the equation, and can even add multiple equations on the same graph to see how they relate.
With Math Notes, Calculator lets you type or write math problems, see the answers right away.
Collapsing headings & 5 highlight styles
You can collapse heading or subheadings to make it easier to scan and organize your content.
There are 5 new highlight styled colors you can use (Purple, Pink, Orange, Mint, and Blue).
Note: this is different from color text below, it has a lighter shade of the same color background.
